Pivot, Inc. is a nonprofit community organization that provides programs and services for youth in need. They provide stable housing for transitional age youth who find themselves living on their own without parental supervision. The Tiny Homes are strategically placed on Pivot’s campus, which has staff onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each Tiny Home is complete with a bed, small kitchen, eating area and a bathroom, equating to a manageable living space. The Community Center is a 2,620 SF vibrant space designed for youth to gather and engage in a variety of activities. The center features comfortable offices, a convenient laundry area, kitchen and multi-purpose space, and a storm shelter. The inviting fireplace adds a cozy touch, making it the perfect place for relaxation and socialization. The Community Center and newest addition of Tiny Homes were completed July 2024.
